Vinification: with maceration of the skins for approximately 15 days in stainless steel

Ageing: one year in wooden barrels and some barriques

Color: dark ruby red with garnet reflections tending towards orange

Aroma: with hints of raspberries and black cherries

Taste: dry and full-bodied, rightly tannic

Alcohol: 14-14.5% vol. (the percentage of alcohol varies according to the vintage)

Pairings: suitable for main courses, large roasts and with both dry and spicy first courses.
