Altitude: 400 m above sea level

Soil: clayey calcareous.

Breeding system: classic guyot

Vinification: maceration in steel for 12 days, refinement for 6 months in small barrels.

In some years it only makes steel.

Color: ruby red.

Fragrance: fruit, spicy notes

Taste: dry, fresh and harmonious.

Alcohol: 14-14.5% vol.

Pairings: cold cuts, cheeses, red meats.

Serving temperature: 17 - 18 C°
