Soil type: sandy, clayey, calcareous soil, south-east/south-west exposure

Training system: Classic Guyot

Vinification: with maceration of the skins for approximately 20-25 days in stainless steel

Ageing: two years in large Slovenian oak barrels

Color: garnet red with ruby nuances tending towards orange

Aroma: complex and ethereal, with hints of vanilla, cinnamon and green pepper

Taste: dry, austere, but velvety, with hints of liquorice, harmonious, complete

Alcohol: 14-14.5% vol. (the percentage of alcohol varies depending on the vintage)

Pairings: mainly with important red meat dishes - roasts, braised meats...

Serving temperature: 17-18 C°
